He was in a dream where he was trying to apply to Dollar General. While this is not canon, it's still pretty funny.

Landon has a past he doesn't talk about, but with both blindness and robot arms, it can be a tricky question to avoid, causing him to be somewhat reclusive. His dog is his emotional support animal and seeing-eye dog, as his vision isn't great anymore.
