King James Sparkrod I

Once an ordinary Glitch shepherd in the village of Gearnan, Sparkrod was struck by lightning while in the fields, causing wires to ignite and circuits to align in a way that caused his Enlightenment. He saw this as a sign, and with the help of his newfound robotic knowledge and weapons traded with offworlders, he stormed the castle and cut down the king. With the crown then drilled into his head, he took the throne as King James Sparkrod I.

Sparkrod now rules Gearnan with an embellished gold fist. Any other enlightened Glitches are wiped out if he catches wind of them, and he avoids signs of his previous life just in case it reverts him back to his old ways. Now in possession of a heir, one Seolfor Sparkrod, and with his botservant Wrench Bronzearbor at his side, Sparkrod is sure that Gearnan is going to be in very safe hands for a long while.
