Clamor

Clamor was born as the first of two children to Whistle, a kenku living just outside of Everlund in a small community with her extended family. Though his and his brother Cricket's upbringing was normal, Clamor struggled with leaving Everlund and making a name for himself. Searching for purpose, he eventually enlisted into the Order of the Gauntlet, a group of Tormites known for defending the realm, and was ushered into becoming a paladin of Torm. He's barely moved in rank over the years, and has become jaded with Torm and irritable with anyone outside of the Gauntlet.

Eventually he was assigned to Chult to deal with the death curse, working under Syndra Silvane in a ragtag group with other hirees: Azyu Kensei, an elven wizard; Arlo Atauro, human monk and worshiper of Athena; and detective Briar, a deep gnome rogue. Though he's still struggling to work well with others and find himself in the jungles of Chult, as well as being forced to confront his difficult relationship to Torm, things have been going surprisingly well. He just hopes that he'll make it out in one piece..
