Chile Mars(Trade for art)

About: Chile is very much a flirt.  He is also one of the best exoctic dancers in Heliosville.  This babe isn't afraid to show his stuff and has even taught many of the other dancers of the town how to show their stuff.  One of his students is Ron who actually envies him and is a bit jealous.  Chile is the type who doesn't take any bull and won't put up with someones attitude.  He can be loud and let you know when he doesn't like something.

Personality: Chile is a lot like Ron in the fact he has a certain distain for authority.  Weather it's the police of public figures.  Sometimes he will go out with Ron and graffiti on buildings to lash out at those who treated him badly.  His parents and the police to be clear.  Sadly Chile's parents threw him out when he was young because they didn't support his choices.  However, Ron and him met and they supported each other.  Perhaps there is a little more between them, but who knows.
