A sleepy cloud dude! He was cursed to be sleepy for eternity, because he spent too much time mingling with humans instead of doing his job of putting clouds in the sky. Now, he's too sleepy to do anything but his job! But he's so sleepy that his work is sometimes very minimal, making the cirrus clouds these thin wispy little things.
