Other Information
On a humid, misty day, you might see the form of a white fox with nine tails wandering around the forest. Don't get too close, you'll hear a terrifying scream and the mist growing thicker. Ji-eun, the Ghost Mist Gumiho, will do anything they can to avoid interacting with all matters of life unless they have something of value to them.

Ji-eun has short white hair that extends out in a messy manner, with uneven cuts all around. Their hair appears in a dim-coloured blue in darkness, but is still recognizable as white or light grey in most situations. In their civilian appearances, their eyes appear to be a dull navy blue. In their gumiho appearance, their eyes appear light blue with purple undertones. Along with their eyes changing, they have two red streaks underneath their eyes in this form, as well as their ears and tails having a tint of grey with white fur.
Most of their clothing has a colour scheme of blue, white and various shaes of grey or black. This results in her nickname, "Ghost Mist Gumiho," as their clothing colour scheme can be mistaken for funeral garb from a distance. They prefer comfortable clothes, which is especially noticable in their modern civilian appearances. More often than not, Ji-eun can be seen wearing baggy denim pants with cardigans or thin white shirts.
Ji-eun is introverted and silent, but far from timid. Their introverted nature is mostly from the dislike of social groups, often preferring to be around a small amount of people or by themselves. Though it may be easy to mistake their silent nature as timid or shy, Ji-eun in reality is blunt and crass at times. Ji-eun prefers to things their way, and dislikes being told what to do or doing things for other people.
However, Ji-eun is a negotiable person. If you want to get them to do something, Ji-eun is open to bargains and deals, and is partial to contracts should the situation call for it. Unlike Seo-yeon who does things willy nilly and Myeong-hwa who has her own pace, Ji-eun does things by the letter and can be extremely terrifying if a deal or contract goes awry or is disrespected.
No one knows why, but there exists a tale that sprung from certain villages in Daegu. "If you see a white fox surrounded by mist, run as far away from it as possible. If it catches you, you must be honest and it might let you go. If you make the white fox angry, it will eat you and curse your family." Indeed, there exists a white fox surrounded by mist who values honesty and integrity, and punishes with death. That fox, or specifically that gumiho, was Ji-eun, the Ghost Mist Gumiho.
For a hundred years, they were alone. And that was on purpose as well. Ji-eun prioritized solitude and isolation, and often had people come to them more often than she went to others. Ji-eun themselves spread that rumour to have people avoid them, but sometimes those who claim to eradicate evil spirits would seek her out and try to slay her. It only ever ended in death for them, and an annoying evening for Ji-eun.
One day, another gumiho saught out Ji-eun. It was rare that another spirit would seek Ji-eun out, and their curiosity peaked. This gumiho would turn out to be Myeong-hwa, who was curious about the rumour of a ghostly mist and a white fox in the area. Ten moons would pass by, and they became close friends. Myeong-hwa asked Ji-eun if they would like to be sisters, curious about the concept of family. Ji-eun didn't understand why, but the thought of having a family made them happy. Another hundred years would pass, and there would be another gumiho to join this small family. Even though Ji-eun and this new gumiho, Seo-yeon she called herself, didn't get along...Ji-eun enjoyed her company just as much as Myeong-hwa's.
With happiness, comes despair. When Myeonh-hwa was slain by the hands of exorcists, Ji-eun felt utter sorrow for the first time. The feeling was too much, and it caused them to isolate for over five years in mourning. Any human that came close met a swift and painless death, their consciousness fading from the sorrow that eminated from their mist. After those five years, their cold hands comforted a blood-soaked Seo-yeon. Having lost their eldest sister, Ji-eun became the eldest and thus decided to take the role that Myeong-hwa left behind. Years passed, and soon an elderly man approached Ji-eun's home. He spoke of a fox bead that held a fox spirit, and Ji-eun listened carefully. Sharing a plan with Seo-yeon, the two of them bided their time and waited for centuries, until a foolish young father was desperate enough to be a pawn in their plans...
Powers
Vulpes PhysiologyBecause she is a gumiho, they have the ability to shapeshift, absorb the life-force of a living being, enhanced capabilities, flight, etc.
Mist ManipulationAn ability unique to Ji-eun, they can manipulate and generate mist at their own will. The mist has special properties, but it can also causes effects based on their mental state. The mist can allur, confuse and even cause mortal damage to humans as they please.
Myeong-hwa
Myeong-hwa was a mentor and a respectable person to Ji-eun, and Ji-eun would often think "what would noona say in this situation" when faced with a problem they couldn't fix. Through Myeong-hwa, they became interested in understanding the world around them, and soon started taking note of facts, statements and changes as centuries went on.
Seo-yeon
Ji-eun and Seo-yeon tend to have petty arguments and playfights with each other, with Seo-yeon being bratty and Ji-eun disliking her teasing. Still, they care for each other and Ji-eun would never betray Seo-yeon under any circumstances. Ji-eun was also the only one who could calm Seo-yeon down from situations, especially after the death of Myeong-hwa. Seo-yeon respects Ji-eun's cold hearted nature, saying that "it's inspiring how they can just not care about anything."
Gyeon-jeon Park
Ji-eun initially only saw Gyeon-jeon as an "opportunity" to revive Myeong-hwa and cared very little about him and his situation. Over time and because of Myeong-hwa, Ji-eun begun to see Gyeon-jeon as a little brother and even sought out a way to have Gyeon-jeon survive without the need of Myeong-hwa's power. Since Gyeon-jeon is human, they tend to treat him as if he was extremely fragile.
Hyeon-ju
Ji-eun dislikes Hyeon-ju's attempts to socialize, but is one of very few people who knew of the real reason for his disappearance.
Eun
Ji-eun respects Eun's policies, and the two mutually understand each other's boundaries.
- Ji-eun dislikes having their tails out if they're relaxing at home. The ears are no problem, but because Ji-eun likes wearing headphones, Ji-eun opts to have her human ears out while listening to music.
- Ji-eun cuts their own hair, and will always refuse anyone's attempts to offer a haircut. Because Ji-eun cuts their hair frequently, it tends to grow fater than Myeong-hwa's or Seo-yeon's.
- Ji-eun indirectly knows Aria's online persona "electr0hue" and Derrick's VTuber persona "Dante" due to their constant usage of the internet and proficiency in English. Ji-eun also knows of Gyeon-jeon's art online, and was using it to keep tabs on him and his father when they found out.
- Ji-eun has the weakest alcohol tolerance out of the three sisters, and also hates alcohol the most as a result.
