Kidron is rarely, if ever, seen in public so he's seen as a hermit or a recluse. He doesn't like to be out in the open and would much rather be shut up somewhere, like his home where he's comfortable. The retired general is a skillful man with many talents, and mostly enjoys gardening and fishing. In more recent years he's become much more selfish, and will easily throw his weight around and frighten people if it means he can get what he came here for. Part of him even likes to scare people for fun, which makes him come off as a little insane. He tends to talk about blood often, which only helps to show that he is, indeed, a little strange. Once he has a bout of bloodlust, he is unrestricted and it's difficult to stop him in that state of mind. Despite this, though, he is very loyal and will remain with those he works with until his dying breath. His compassion is rarely seen, but it shines bright when it's there.
Well known across Ocrea and even beyond, Kidron's legacy as one of the greatest war generals of his time still lives on. However, great legacies are often the most susceptible to tragedy, and Kidron is no exception. Just before a serious battle was to commence, he had told his soldiers to get plenty of sleep, for they had had a good and steady lead against the enemy, thanks to their chief strategist. They were good friends, and often stayed up late coming up with new strategies or thinking of what they'd do once this accursed war was over. Kidron had went into his tent that night and fell asleep.
The next morning, he awoke only to find almost his entire militia was dead. So many soldiers, all friends, and even his closest friend, the strategist, had been killed with a sword in his chest. It reeked of dark energy and the sword only mocked him in that hour of mourning. It mocked Kidron, a sign that he had been too late to save even his best friend.
Kidron then vowed to take revenge, and dared to face the opposing army by himself. It was a long and brutal war, with much bloodshed, but he managed to single-handedly take down the enemy's entire militia, as well as bring home trophies to prove that the head of the enemy's army was dead - the snake-like tails that replaced their legs.
He wasn't the same after that. There are still evenings where he mourns over his friends and those he had lost, wishing that it had been him instead. There are nights where he cannot sleep, his dreams too ugly and too frightening for him to rest. Spilled blood sends him into a frenzy, and once he is overcome by his lust for blood there is no stopping him. Some say he could nearly be a vampire with how much he desires the liquid of life. Perhaps, he even is one. Many see him as frightening, others, a monster of war.
He has long accepted that that is what he is, and has become used to the fear he instills in others, which is why he is barely seen. He hides in his own corner of the world, away from those he had once fought and bled for, in order to at least keep the peace. Many think he has gone somewhere and died but he lives on... Though there are days where he wishes he wasn't.

1.A restless sleeper. Either he can't sleep, sleeps restlessly, or won't sleep at all. Often looks sleep deprived and tired because of this and is dependent on tea to keep him up.
2.Likes to garden and is good at fishing. Also good at sewing and star-gazing, as well as knows plenty of other survival skills.
3.A decent cook, but doesn't often cook well because of a lack of ingredients.
4.Particularly enjoys flowers and has a large flower garden. He makes pretty bouquets.
5.Wrists are almost always bandaged and he seems to create wounds often.
6.Tends to sleep in his lion form - for some reason he can sleep a little better in it.
