Design Terms of Use
These terms of service do not apply to my Closed Species adopts/customs, only one-offs.
- I do not do refunds for adopts, only custom designs, following my general TOS refund system. If you refund a custom design, I am free to use and sell the design. - You are free to edit, redesign and repurpose your design in any way. - You are free to gift, trade, and sell your design in any way you desire. I do not moderate selling designs that were traded for or reselling for higher. - You are free to use your design commercially (pins, merch, etc). However, credit is required. - You may only post an unwatermarked version of your design if credit is given to me somewhere visible. - You may not claim the design as your creation. You are free to add yourself as a designer credit if you edit the design. - You must discuss beforehand if you plan on using my designs as the basis for a closed species.
You are free to edit and redesign as you wish, though my credit should remain for the original design and art.
You are free to sell, trade and gift as you wish, but repeated scalping (price hiking) may lead into a block. Otherwise, feel free to do whatever.
I do not revoke characters. If your usage of my design is upsetting or against my ToS, I'll block you and prevent you from future sales, but will never take your current designs.

My characters do not come with commercial rights, but you are free to dm me to discuss. I might require an extra fee, depending on the project scale.
No design or artwork of mine can be used for Non-Fungible Tokens.
