Quirk: Shadow Manipulation

This Quirk allows its user to control four shadow-like tentacles that can grow and receed into his back. They can be sharp, soft, or incredibly stick and slimy. He can also 'shadow-step', meaning he can use larger shadows to teleport. But he can only teleport from shadow to shadow. Also, he needs to be able to SEE at least part of the shadow he's teleporting to, and the shadows need to be big enough to engulf his whole body.
