 Cyrus, the obnoxious salesman is famously known in the outplane for selling various "rare buys" to other residents! Cyrus is also known to hound Ichor because of Ichor's well known hoarding problems and such, Patch often has to kick Cyrus from places because of her breaking-and-entering habits, which Patch is very annoyed by.
Even though Cyrus means well, it's VERY persistent and won't stop pestering others till they buy his stolen goods.
Despite Cyrus having extreme confidence in what he does, he has no clue what he's doing most of the time, but is stubborn enough to somehow not screw stuff up
