1. You cannot sell my art or designs as NFTs, doing so will result in an immediate block and blacklist

2. You can redesign any of my designs you own as much as you'd like, as long as they're still recognisable and you don't sell either the old design or a new one as a separate character

3. Don't sell/trade/gift any of my designs to anyone who's blacklisted. Doing so will result in a warning, if it keeps happening you will get blacklisted yourself

4. I do ask that you don't hide any designs you own from me. You won't get blocked/blacklisted for it, but I prefer to be able to know where my designs are

5. If you're blacklisted, you may keep any designs you already own, but may not get anymore

6. Don't edit my art without prior consent

6. Don't sell my designs for more than you got them, unless the person who would acquire them is aware of the previous worth and is okay with it, or they have additional art(as long as said art wasn't free)

7. I don't care if you colourpick my designs or get inspired by them, but directly copying or making a design that's heavily inspired by one specific character is a no

9. Don't draw my designs in any sort of hateful or bigoted art. You will get instantly blocked and blacklisted

10. If you are closing your account, please transfer any designs you own back to me. If you intend to still keep them, let me know and I'll move them to my retired characters account for safekeeping

11. If you are blacklisted and would like to know why, or do not believe you should be, I am open to having a civil conversation about it. I am not obligated to remove you from the blacklist, but I am open to talking
