the leader of a self-proclaimed cult who yearns for the end of the world, he believes that the only way to purify the contagion of life is to extinguish it entirely. he lives deep within the sewers of a capital city and preaches his "religion" to the rats that feast on their dead brethren.

a complete psychopath; cold, brutal, and morally disgusting. openly hostile to others that dont share his view of the world and known to cannibalize the ones that cant throw him off. walks exclusively on four legs and is known to often drool--speculation points to this behavior being the result of a complete psychological breakdown.
