Netrum, Halvorsen
Usuru Shio is a timid and reserved man who works as a fortifier (medic) for his syndicate, as well as a traveling glassblower.
Due to his glassblowing business being somewhat successful, his creations are often seeked out and bought for high prices. However, because of his syndicate's recklessness, he uses his money to pay off the damages, as well as his side job's paychecks working at McFercee's. Despite all this, Shio is still a humble individual, living life to the best he can.

Shio is a coordinated person who tries to think on the rational side of things. He is a hardworking male who is also loyal.
Shio's shy and timid behavior stems from his trauma. He is so emotionally unstable that he cries when angry, closes off his feelings from others, emotionally explodes at the smallest thing occasionally, and does not know how to open himself up. He is also incredibly touch starved, yet does not enjoy physical affection from most people. Despite this, he still tries to be mature for his syndicate, so as to not worry his fellow members.
Shio is a stick figure who dons a light blue scarf, as well as hand wraps. He also has a multi-colored hair pin.
Shio is a light pink stick figure with some curves, as well as heeled feet. This is due to him being a transgender demimale. He has black hair with the ends of his bangs being a dark pink and a bubblegum pink. Shio's pupils are double-colored.

Shio was born to his mother, Usuru Ichika, and his father, Usuru Akinari. When he was three, Shio's father left for a woman he was cheating with, leaving him and his mother alone. Ichika tried her best to maintain a happy life for Shio and often worked overtime to pay the bills. She worked hard to give Shio a great life, but the small family was still suffering.
Growing up in Osaveil, Shio was very close to the people he was surrounded with. He was disciplined, and showed honor and loyalty to his family. Though he was often instructed on being a smart and serious kid, his mother often encouraged him to find creative outlets. Because of his mother, Shio found a fondness for glassblowing. His ability, heatwaves, allows him to emit special heat from his body and manipulate it in the form of wind currents.
When the Red Storm rolled around, Shio was impacted heavily. He lost his mother, who, til this day, remains missing. Her death was never confirmed, but Shio still lost his mother. He was found by Ignis and she took him in as her own son. Shio found a new home with Ignis and her son, Kazan, and remains close to them. Deep inside, Shio still hopes that his mother is still out there.
Post Red Storm, before joining a syndicate, Shio was in a toxic relationship. He was stripped of his honor and dignity, forced to become a part of an illegal fighting ring and turning into a savage monster at command. Fortunately, he escaped, but his trauma still followed after him.
After the Red Storm, Shio decided to become a medic. He joined the Serpens Saros syndicate as one of the original members, and has brought in a member he considers a close friend, Sammy. The two are very close friends after Shio drops off the commissions Sammy bought. After some time, Shio convinces him to join Serpens Saros.
In the early stages of the syndicate, Shio had to get a second job as a part-time employee at McFercee's to pay off the damages that the syndicate would wreak during missions. He still maintains this position as a back up for money.

Shio and Mango became close friends when their older brothers became best friends. Though it took some time for Shio to open up, due to his previous relationship, he and Mango quickly became close enough friends, and Shio joined the Pereira clan, alongside Daizuki.
Shio absolutely loves Mango platonically. It's as if the two were siblings from another mother, which is often what the pair claim. Shio was the one to teach Mango to dance, and the two often love dancing with each other because of how fun it is.

Milly and Shio have been friends since the syndicate first started. Though the two are clashing in terms of personality, the two males get along quite well... even if Shio has to pay off damages caused during missions.
As the more mature one of the original trio, Shio often sees Milly as someone he takes care of, despite being younger. He cares deeply for her, and is proud of her.

Polaris and Shio have been close friends since the syndicate first started. Despite having incredibly different personalities, the two get along quite well! Shio respects Polaris's role as leader of the syndicate.
As the mature one of the original trio, Shio often has to look out for Polaris when she isn't serious, which is often. However, Shio does not mind this, seeing as he is proud of her and her growth as both a person and leader.
