Profile
Meldia is a guardian who spends her time dreaming and connecting with the forest. Through these dreams, she communicates with everything - the rabbits, the wolves, and even the trees and grass. Even while dormant, she knows everything that happens and watches with great interest. She's even aware of new presences and often doesn't like visitors, though sometimes she doesn't need to sleep to seep into your mind. Beyond this, she has been known to cause hallucinations and fainting, and has caused a plethora of other psychotic effects.
While she doesn't have full control over the seasons, Meldia does have a heavy hand in playing a role. She ensures that the plantlife progresses through their respect stages as they should, and that the animals stay prepared for the changes. She has the ability to encourage heavy growth (and the lack thereof) in the plantlife and hears and sees all that the plants see.
Meldia is a very powerful protector, but her abilities are fruitless in the waters - even if they are in her territory. With this, she has a close companion that keeps the waters at peace and protected. Some say the only reason she wakes is to communicate with her aquatic companion. She admittedly sees him as weaker, and feels almost obligated to protect him due to her past. She was often at great disadvantages when she was younger due to being small, but her memories have been failing her as of late, so the details are amiss.
Meldia is a large Eastern Dragon covered in soft down on her stomach and course fur along her back. She grows small branches of fruiting peach trees as a symbol for her personal growth. She has a laurel of leaves crowning her head as well as a few leaves addorning her fore-legs. The peaches she grows are of the yellow variety.
