Harbinger is one character who you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley. Big, brutal, and with a take-no-shit attitude he's not afraid to lay down his version of the law. Which is probably whatever the local law is, to the semicolon.  He knows his loopholes to do what he wants, and damn straight he'll use them.

He's unlikely to act out towards those he doesn't like, which is perhaps a good thing. However, on the battlefield he's a force of nature. Law abiding though he may be outside a fight, all bets are off, and all rules are out when the time is right.
