Design TOS
- my designs may only be resold for the price they’re bought, unless extra art was commissioned/drawn. don’t inflate the worth.
- this means my designs that were obtained via trade/art MAY NOT BE SOLD without personal art/commissioned art added
- obviously i can't stop you but i can and will blacklist you.
- i don’t have any limits to what you draw of them AS LONG AS it’s not problematic! no offensive art, no hateful art, no NSFW if the you or the OC are a minor. Common sense stuff.
- keep my designs on TH, please. obviously hiding/privating them is okay
- redesigns are okay! if they’re entirely unrecognizable, make sure to change the credits and keep the old design on their profile (ex. tabs)
