Alert!

They are a simply creature. They are often curious, and scampering around getting unintentionally under peoples feet. Mainly what they do is form as a messaging system, their screen face forming as a messaging board between different factions. Even their noises consist only of alert sounds, tiny beeps or an automated text reader to read out emails and videos or others. Other then that, they express entirely through physical movement.

They are a servant at The Capitol.
