I do pings on any of my characters except those tagged “will die with me”!! (do NOT put characters with that tag on dreamie lists)

I allow offers on all my characters so long as they are not tagged “forever homed” or “nfo”, characters tagged “probably forever homed”, ”extreme attachment” and “offers not preferred” are unlikely to leave me however
