Dex was made from his parents and the earth's combined mana just like everyone else of his race (witch)and from a young age he learned to manipulate the mana around him but at the age of ten he lear3d what Tru fear was at the heads of hunters who wished to wipe his race from existence and use them as resources his mother gave him the family grimoire and told him to run with nothing but a small bag of suppiles and a general idea of a direction he last saw his parents from the cover of the bushes at night as they lie on the ground all mana had been stripped from their bodies along with their blood and any organs the hunters could sell that night he lye awake sobbing silently to himself as there was nothing but fear and sorrow left for now
