Fexcastor

A corporeal manifestation dressed in that of fairy tales, Fexcastor lives on in the world of the waking and the dreaming. As a manipulator of the mind, she can create, recreate, and even steal the metaphysical realities of those who are asleep and bring them to the conscious world. However, as a witch with the power to, by her words, make "dreams, wishes, ambitions, and even the purest fiction become reality", so can she do the complete opposite — dark nightmares, greatest fears, inevitable despair, and the torturous endings of grim fiction may befall onto an unfortunate soul if Fexcastor is bored enough... But even an acquaintance knows better than see her abilities be seldom malicious. In fact, she is fun to have around during sleepovers.

NOTES

• Her "Age At Death" is not available, as she never truly died, but rather was recruited to become a witch.
• Some of the oldest witches confirm that Fexcastor was present when they were recruited. Not as old as the Time Witch and Love Witch, but Fexcastor says otherwise...
