Personality: Although an android, Ocean was programmed to have kindness and compassion, in case of emergency, human lives matter the most. Ocean is built with a sort of curiosity and advanced problem solving skills
Abilities: Swimming, testing samples, headlamp eyes, photographing ability and much stronger than he looks
Weaknesses: Ocean isn't very fast on land, and is no good at combat, he was definitely not built for fighting.
Backstory: 0C3-4N was created by an independent scientist for deep sea research and wreckage exploration. He is very smart, even to the level of AI. Ocean made friends with Subject 342, a little blob creature in the same lab where he was built. he adopted it as a sort of pet, but it can't go underwater with him.
