Lenex

Lenex is the son of Vantus (the Sire of the Caedis tribe), and a loner named Vires. He spent his puphood close to his young mother's side, the secret of his paternity was kept largely secret. It wasn't until he met Vantus that he learned the truth about his origins. 

Unlike his father who enjoys flexing his power over the weaker of his kind, Lenex is more apprehensive and wary. He struggles with his identity, unsure if he wants to assimilate amongst the infected and chaotic Caedis or lead a more peaceful lifestyle. Due to his bloodline, members of the Caedis herald him as royalty.  He is the eldest Scion to Vantus, and it is expected that he will one day battle his many half-siblings for the throne. 

Lenex suffers from an ongoing identity crisis; raised in both the lifestyles of uninfected and infected, he struggles to find a place where he truly belongs. His father lavishes affection onto him which he appreciates, but he longs to reconnect with his distant mother who abandoned him prematurely as an adolescent.
