carne is just a creature of odd and awkward vibes in general, yet theyre just a pretty friendly guy, just... weird
they act pretty much randomly with a dog-like personality
He just tries to do his job and please people as much as he can.

many think that because of her mostly friendly personality she would not hurt anyone, which is not true.
