Bio: Letov was the lovechild of two people in Oceana. He was raised by them for a while before they kicked him out of the house, where he then travelled to Aunguim where he began to work as a scientist. He at first started off very innocent, but his jobs and such became more and more horrible and morbid as they went on. He was kicked from being the head of a research project and was unofficially banished to the wasteland. Years after he found a young orphaned boy and let him stay with him.
