Fen is a wanderer, adventure seeker and serial trouble-maker. He's wild, plays by his own rules, especially what comes to what's acceptable or fun, and can clash with those who are sticklers for rules. He doesn't understand a lot of social norms or conventions (especially when it comes to personal property, fashion, and like.... laws.... ). People typically find his loud, troublesome, attention-seeking nature to be abrasive, so he mostly just keeps to himself and his companion Chao, Fox. But when he DOES find someone who can tolerate him for more than two seconds (or heaven forbid actually finds him COOL)  he turns into a complete fool to impress or entertain them. He's a huge braggart and a show-off when it comes to dares and stunts. Really, he's a bratty little kid at heart who just craves attention. He hates being cooped up in one place too long, bossy people, cruelty, and of course, eggs. 

He's a glutton and loves eating any kind of food except eggs. He enjoys digging up gems or cool items or just playing in the mud because he's a dumb stinky dog. He wears a fancy collar with a gem attached (just a regular, non-powerful one) to look stylish and does enjoy fashion to some extent, although some say its outdated (80's-90s casual, bright stuff). His favorite colors are cyan and magenta. One of their favorite places to explore is the Mystic Ruins. Fen has a couple scars on his forehead from doing stupid, reckless stuff he shouldn't have been doing in the first place. He thinks Soap shoes are still cool and idolizes Sonic.

He has a Chao companion who sometimes travels with him called Fox. Fox is a flying-type dark Chao Fen found stuck in a stump. Fox comes and goes, but likes to stick around Fen when there might be trouble that Fox can't get themself out of easily.

Speed + Power type but isn't exceedingly fast or powerful. Jack of all trades, master of none situation. Grabs onto Fox like a paraglider to glide short distances.
