Some time back I thought of a fun, edgy Kabber AU based on Kabber 2.0’s super emo story (we're on Kabber 3.0 now). Basically, this is an evil!Kabber AU where Kabber becomes “heartless” and merciless after losing his heart. His magic’s actually really strong when he uses it without restraining himself, and in this AU he loses all sense of morality, since he doesn’t feel guilt or a sense of wrong and right. He just does whatever he wants without caring about how it affects others.
In this version he actually ends up killing someone and ends up in jail because of it, and is later busted out because someone needs his power to defeat a villain or something, I forgot exactly how it went.
Let’s just appreciate the fact that the Kabber we all know and love is just an anxious mess instead!
