Spectra

Nicknamed Ghost, Spectra works for and lives with Whisper. She assists him in his grisly murders, and also assists him in staying away from authorities. She is part of the reason why they haven't been found and arrested yet. She also feeds from the victims, sometimes leaving nothing behind after eating.
