A new face in the neighborhood, Ajay might've had his hopes set too high for the cheap house he bought in the Ohio suburbs.
The neighbors are nice, and his upstart baking business is booming, but he can't help but notice that there was something... off about his next-door neighbor John Doe. Between the weird rumors, the unexplained disappearances in the area, the black trash bags, and John's enthusiasm during the neighborhood meetings, Ajay couldn't help but think this cheap house was too good to be true.

Ajay is a friendly yet lonely guy, who's luck isn't always the greatest. He cares deeply for others, but can often get caught up in his own head.
Ajay has a taste for the dangerous that he's not really aware of, causing him to seek out situations that leave him gasping for air and shaking in his boots.
Ajay is a tall, nervous, and lanky dude. He often tries to seem smaller than he is.
He hasn't gotten top surgery, so he binds and/or wears baggy shirts and jackets.
His style ranges between causal and business. With pink being his favorite color, you can often find him in soft pink outfits.
Ajay has been through some stuff, most of which he doesn't like to talk about and is glad to leave in the past. Instead, he tries his best to look forward to the future, and make the most of every passing day.

neighbor | friend?
The house next to John's has been cycling tenants and owners for years now. None stay for more than a year, with most leaving (or disappearing) before the third month. While all the previous tenants prefer to keep quiet on why, the main rumor is that John is some secret serial killer and has scared them off. The newest tenant, Ajay Singh, has gained wind of the rumors surrounding John, and is freaking the fuck out. But who knows, maybe he'll be able to get on the monster's good side.
