Toxic Brew is an earth pony who's interest lies in cultivating and studying poisonous plants, and making elixirs and tinctures out of them. She got her start with her family studying herbalism, but she ended up focusing on the more deadly plants. She knew certain deadly plants could name pain in small doses, and she's made it her life's work to carefully study these plants, and try to advance herbalism further. She's considered by some to be evil, and her spooky affect doesn't help. Truthfully she just has a dramatic flair, and letting rumors spread about that she's scary lets her have more privacy in her cabin in the woods.
