Shane is my first ever sona. He's such an old character and he means everything to me. His story is a little confusing because he's in an impossible amount of AU's- which changed a lot. I'm not even sure who his partner is anymore haha! It's changed between two different senatokai, a wolf named Akito and her brother Sato!
He's been through too much because he used to be my projection character. Not only does he mean a lot to me as well, but he does to my friends, shown by how much art they've all done of him! Also!! The reason why his name seems so out of place is because I'm reworking all of their names to fit their slightly altered story. His name used to be Kaito!
This is his mother, Ai! Ai is a really kind, sweet person who's always looking out for her son. She always puts him before herself no matter how much Shane tells her to take care of herself. Shane finds it really hard to talk to her thout, knowing she's putting up with her fathers abuse so he won't be hurt. He feels horrible about it, and at this point it's normal for him to wake up to his mother having a black eye.
Shane is scared shitless of his dad. His dad is a raging alcaholic who gets agressive easily. When Kane has gone feral, he's scratched the side of Kaitos face and back which have resulted in scars. Kane used to be the most amazing dad, but something happened, and no one knows what happened. Shane finds it hard to not hate his dad because of what he puts his mother through.
Shane and Akira are more like brothers then cousins. They do everything together and grew up together, living so close that they walk to school together. Shane think Akira is loud, but not in annoying way. Akira is probab;y one of the only loud people he can be around. The two would do anything for each other to be honest.
Shane loves his brother and cares about him a lot, but Kyle doesnt feel the same way. Kyle acts like he hates him, thinking Shane is some annoying golden child while he himself is the disappointment, and ran away years and years ago due to it. Shane is always looking for him, but has little help as officially, he was reported missing. Shane loses over sleep wondering where his brother is, and if Kyle's being completely honest, he regrets leaving without telling his brother where he was going and that he'd be afe.
Sato used to be his love interest until I made Kyle. Sato used to be a bully towards Shane, back when Shane's character was much more energetic and outgoing, but when I reworked Shane to be much, much more shy I decided to make them close friends instead that had a rocky start.
