By owning one of my designs - you hereby automatically accept my TOS. If you break them I reserve the right to take back the design.

YOU MAY

Trade - You may trade any design you have gained from me for free, money, or other means.

Sell - You may sell my designs for what originally bought them for UNLESS you have added COMMISSIONED WORK. Commissioned work meaning, paid art from another artist, NOT personal work

Raffle - You may raffle any design you gain. Keep in mind to direct the participants to my TOS! Original value, if purchased for money, goes to zero.

Change the storyline of characters that had one from me originally. You may also keep it unless requested otherwise.

YOU MAY NOT:

Remove credit from my designs, art, or anything else under my name.

Add value to my art I made - You do not get to decide how much money my art added to the value of said design. If the art did not have a price listed in the description or value log, it did not have a price to begin with.

Use my designs in any political, hate, zoophile, pedophilia, transphobia, etc of the same manor. Doing so will give you an instant blacklist.

Do not trade my designs to people listed in my blacklist! Doing so will result in a warning and/or blacklist.

Add your watermark over my art, that is not yours to watermark. ESPECIALLY if your watermark completely covers my art, I will request you remove it.
