Yuko is a refugee from her home country located in the desert. Her family was killed in the going-on war in her homeland, and being the only survivor in her family, Yuko fled and wandered the unknown city streets in a new country. After months of struggling in the streets, Koro finds her and took her in as his maid who cooks and cleans for him (although she doesn't get paid much).
Yuko is a slightly sensitive and conservative woman, which clashes with Koro's personality on a daily basis; although she doesn't always voice out her issues with him (don't insult the one that let you live in their home).
Yuko still has flashbacks from her trauma in her home country, but she tries to overcome them.
