Seven

Young Octoling and previously failed test subject (no. 10,007), caught up in the destruction and flooding of the statue partway through the process of being sanitised and left stranded in the wreckage. Was discovered alone and barely clinging to life down there months later by a search/investigation party and brought to the surface, where attempts to glean information about the statue's function from them were made; none succeeded and they eventually escaped into the city. Quickly they became overwhelmed and fled into back streets and the sewage system to avoid the noise and danger, but eventually wind up running into Ano and/or Sacha and becoming very adopted very quickly. Only trusts Sacha for a good while due to their shared experiences in the metro, but gradually warms up to others until they're finally a lot more like their old-old self again.

Very anxious and typically nonverbal, and is still learning Inkling leading to more than a few lapses in communication. Just a little fucked up by the goo; has a slow heartbeat and metabolism and gets cold, tired and fatigued very quickly. Currently living out of Ano's apartment with their elder sibling/s, just kinda enjoying being looked after and being able to be a kid at last after everything. They've got a noted passion for music and their headphones are a comfort item. Cannot easily participate in ink sports as their ink is very slightly more alkaline and corrosive than the average cephaling, making it hard to avoid at least mildly damaging even those of the same colour by accident.

As of Splatoon 3, initially moved in with Ollie along with Sacha after Nerin's departure from Inkopolis, but became uneasy and uncomfortable around Ollie in the weeks leading up to her leaving as she just got louder and meaner. Unsure how to process the fact she's actually gone, though, and just tries not to think about it. Went with Sacha to Splatsville to stay with Ano again initially, but following a run-in with an old friend, ends up taking extended stays on Kitch's "party bus" roaming the desert with a bunch of fish instead (staying in contact this time, of course). Having the time of their life out there, but a certain someone tracking the bus puts them just a little too much on edge...
