Dreki is a being born to the Garden of Mist. The Garden is a vast forest atop a cliff overlooking the sea, surrounded by deep fog. It's said that only wanderers who are lost come across this place. Dreki is the only sentient being found in the Garden, among thoughtless beasts and blended into the haze.
When others happen across the forest, she is drawn to them, often saving them from the beasts out of a morbid curiousity of the visitors. She travels with them until they are able to find their direction home. As she is unable to leave the Garden, she remains behind, waiting for the next lost souls.
Dreki is akin to the fog itself. Her exact features are often obscured or difficult to remember to any who pass through and meet her. They may perceive her as light like a cloud, or ominously dark like a shadow. The only consistent description is her feathered wings and her bright glowing eyes. She is a subtle presence, knowing and protective, but there is also an air of loneliness and guardedness. She will never allow herself to become close to visitors knowing she will not be able to leave the Garden.

Trivia:
- Dreki is covered in pearlescent skin which has camouflage properties. She appears differently depending on the environment and can be depicted in shades of white or gray/blue.
- She is nude below the waist. When necessary she will wear a tattered cape sarong-style across her waist. The cape was given to her by a warrior who passed through.
