Tootsie Roll has been a long campanion of Basil, as he was they're childhood petpet. Tootsie Roll, or Tootsie, currently helps Baiji at their petpet cafe with bringing menus and keeping customers enjoyed while thye wait for food.
Tootsie is incredibly smart and great with flosses, Baiji likes to joke that she takes charge of the other petpets when they are not around. Tootsie loves to wander outside and eat little fruits from the trees
