"Listen here. If I'm able to close a million dollar deal on the phone while talking to the store attendant about buying my new dress shoes, then you sure can finish this paper for me by tonight."

Spoiled brat? Definitely. His rich parents realized the only way to keep him out of their hair was by handing him a credit card and letting him run wild. The mall became his second home and everybody there knew him. Sometimes shop clerks would keep items they knew he would like behind the counter and just ring it up for him when he got there. It's a nice surprise and he doesn't stop them.

When Alexei went to college, his parents cut him off. Oh sure, they left him keep all his brand name clothing, rolex watches, cars, and such, but they took him off the credit card. Unable to curb his spending habit, Alexei started up his own chain store, learned to run a business, and is successfully competing with his father's company in value internationally. Now he buys whatever he wants whenever he wants. Next step: actually beat his dad internationally. Of course, the two companies will still run side by side (they aren't in the same field, obviously), but his will be clearly superior.

Facts:

 Ever heard the phrase shop 'til you drop? He's actually done that... Granted he was sick, but still...
 Alexei's a bargain hunter. He doesn't need to be, but he enjoys trying to make the most out of each dollar.
 One time he walked into a pound and bought all the animals in it. He was in a particularly happy mood and didn't want the fact that these animals would die if he didn't buy them weigh down on his mind.
 He has a major sweet tooth. Give him a jar of sugar cubes and he will actually eat them.
Reason for adopting: Honestly Ekatrina and Alexei really look like they could be twins and I wanted him in the first place. He's actually a character I don't normally write usually, but I enjoy them. I'd like to tackle one myself and, of course, draw him and his fabulous self.
