akuma is lively and has quite the ego. he grew up in a rough environment, but despite that is quite tough and out going. he would die for mino and he makes sure that it isn't a secret

akuma is energetic and relatively expressive. he has quite the ego, believing that he is owed much more than he's given. he likes bragging about the things he has and values highly, but this doesn't mean he ever takes them for granted. this doesn't apply to everything, however, as he is known to often undervalue people and objects, as well as underestimate others due to his high self-esteem. despite his traumatic childhood, akuma is quite lively and tends to joke around a lot, even with people he barely knows. his dreams are to travel the world and become famous.

notes 4 when im not lazy: live in a church that uses him for experiments, meets mino there, partially loses his eyesight there, helps mino run away but gets left behind, mino tries to save him but akuma ends up saving them both instead.

due to akuma being a demon, their 'wedding' isn't a regular human wedding. through a ritual, the two's lives are tied in such a way, where akuma's lifespan is shared with mino's, meaning that the moment one of them dies, the other one does, too. along with that, mino's lifespan extends to meet akuma's, who's basically immortal. mino and akuma also end up sharing the same physical pain, where if one of them gets hurt, so does the other. on top of it all, mino ends up smelling like akuma, a demon, which often gets him in trouble with other demons. on the plus side, akuma smells good.
