Honestly, skittles is such a charming character. Even just appearance-wise, the design is pretty solidly memorable! but what really seals them as top-tier is how clear it is that you really love this character and you really actually enjoy drawing them. All of the "goofy" doodles have a lot of heart in them and the little joke notes you add always have a really fond tone.
Bonus stage: think it makes a character more likeable if you feel like you kind of know them, and now that I know that this character is in it for dilf ass I legally have to appreciate them.
