If I did Masterlist art for those designs, that art can be edited freely by the owner of the design or someone the owner allows (so you or someone else can draw on or over it and modify it with trait changes allowed in the CS) without having to ask permission from me. Just please keep the appropriate credit that I created the original artwork (without the added edits).
