Cici is outside really confident, but is really not.. She tries to be nice to everyone and gets pushed over and used often because she fears that she will be left alone, she feels like she is really fake and thinks no one would really like her if she would just be herself, which makes her feel really uncomfortable. She had hard time making friends due a habit of putting her hobbies and work before friends, she didn't realize she was really doing this for a long while.
After meeting the grew, she will start to loosen up a bit and tell about how she feels, even to her old friends and realizes that they still liked her, even better now that she was being honest. Cici likes to look her best, and she knows she is attractive, she doesn't think it as a big deal herself but does like to joke about it. She is really bad at handling money, she has never had a time when she didn't have money to buy what she wanted, so she often just throws it around buying things for herself and for her friends.

Digimon Adventure
Past
Cicis parents, a succesful business man, and a supermodel from Korea, she got pregnant by accident, they hired a nannies to help him and look after the kid while they were on a business trips.
Digimon
She got her digivice while still living in korea, and her digimon Cherieremon, who she nicknamed Cherry, usually got passed off to her friends as a exotic dog, which she looked like a lot. Cherry was her best friend and a body guard, often telling her that she should talk to her friends of her feelings more and trying to convince her that they would accept her, but Cici wasn't ready to do it. Cherry came back to japan with her when they moved when she was around 10. She never actually went to digiworld back then.
Digimon adventure 02
When she was 12, she was a cheerleader and tried to be pretty much perfect in everything to get more attention from her parents, which often resulted in her putting activities over others, and she had a lot of pressures created by herself. First person from the main grew she met was Daisuke, since her cheerleading team often had outdoors practices at the same time with their soccer practice, and the two groups would chat often during breaks, she also met Ryoko during these times when she was helping out with the soccer practices. She got introduced to the rest of the group after one of the digimons the kids had with them when they went to see Daisukes big soccer match noticed Cherry at the side of the field near the cheerleading team, and pointed out that that was no dog, but in fact a digimon too. When they got a chance they told this to Daisuke who knew whose "dog" Cherry was, and was therefore able to call her over.
After getting introduced, Cici gave out her number so they could call her over to help out with everything going on with digimon caiser when she could, and she agreen to come along when she had the time to, but due her busy schedule, she wasn't able to make it there that often, and when she did come along, she had quite hard time finding her place in the group, but with their open personalities and her ending up on adventures where there often wasn't time to think what is the most elegant way to do things, her walls started to crumble and she started to be more herself around everyone, which also showed in her regular life as she started to skip on her hobbies and find herself enjoying life more when around people who didn't expect her to be perfect at all times.

Cicic doesn't exatly take part in anything going on in japan during the story, as she had moved back to Korea for some years with her family.
DIGIMON ADVENTURE: LAST EVOLUTION
Cici was during this time making preparations on moving back to japan on her own, getting her job and house ready and getting ready for the move in general, but as she was pretty easy to find being a model at this point, Eosmon didn't have an issue of jumping her pretty early in the story, and she spend most of the time unconcious to the point of rescue.

The reason she started to like him in the first place was when he stoop up for her, talking back to her cheerleader friend group who took Cici for grandit and had started to kinda pressure her after they noticed her attitude change due the new friends she had made, and how she wasn't really around anymore to basically be their wallet, she had known for a long time they pretty much just wanted her around to raise their status points, but always let them do it anyway since she was afraid of them leaving her alone. She was really impressed and happy that someone actually stood up for her like that, and that was the point where she realized she didn't really need people like her old friends around, and she got a little crush at him from that point on. They did share a mutual feeling towards each other, but neither really spoke up on it, but it was pretty obvious by the way they behaved towards each other, and things would had probably went somewhere sooner, if it hadn't been for Cici having to leave japan with her parents, and she decided it would be for the best to keep her feelings under wraps since she didn't think a long distance things would work, and she still wanted to pursue her own goals with full force. The two had a kind of a fall out around the time of tri, where he went on some dates with other people and she focused on her career and getting ahead in life, and not having seen each other in a long time, they only chatted online every now and then, but it seemed like any romantic feelings there may had been were not there. Forward few more years, and the two had actually started to chat more again, Takeru visited her by digigate and being able to spend time face to face again seemed to bring back up some old feelings and their chats became almost daily again. Cici told him she was planning on moving back to japan, and he offered to go to some house showings for her and tell what they were like in her behalf so she could focus on getting things ready at her end, she only later on found out what had happened when she was in coma because of Eosmon. After she moves back to japan, Takeru helped her out with settling in and they spent a good amount of time together after that, making their friends, and honestly them as well just think they were already dating.

Cici knew Ryoko from soccer practices as well, so it was easier to get closer to her too after the digimon stuff turned up. Cici felt comfortable giving her number to Ryoko as well soon after giving it to Daisuke, and Ryoko got into a habit of spam messaging Cici jokes and random stuff, which was very confusing for her, and got kind of overwhelming as well since she wasn't used to this kind of messaging, but she was for a good while too awkward to point this out to Ryoko, but the day eventually came when she cracked and blurted out that she needs to tone down with this crap, right away regretting it and fearing she had just lost a friend, but to her surprise, Ryoko took it in with ease and agreed to tone it down, happy that she had spoken up her mind, after that Cici always kinda looked up to her as a big sister type, who clearly wouldn't mind people being honest with her.

They had a rather difficult first meeting and Kazuko was pretty hard to get close to, they slowly started to become friends, specially since their digimons seemed to get along really well, they ended up spending more time together and got to know each other, their life issues seemed to be complete opposites from each others, but they noticed they could help each other because of this.

Being good friends with Daisuke, Cici was pretty much the first to get the message where he was proudly showing off his new girlfriend, Cici was happy for him but also kinda had hard time to confirming the reality of the claim since Nanako was blocked in every picture he sent, until he decided to just invite everyone to the ramen shop to taste the food he made, as well as to actually meet Nanako. Cici admired Nanakos passion and dedication to her work, and was happy to see she seemed to feel the same way about her over her work ethics. Cici is always happy to have Nanako around when they hang out with Ryoko and Miya, and is always ready to lend a ear when she feels overwhelmed.
Daisuke

she knew him from his football games and they would often ran into each others on the field when her crew were working on their cheerleading, they chatted on time outs or breaks, but it was never really anything but small talk. After they discovered their digimon connections and she got to become part of the group, Daisuke was the first one she gave her number out to, since she felt most at ease with him, and he would had been the one to usually text or call Cici to see if she was wanting to come along when they went to digiworld, and at first it was just those calls, before she felt more at easy, and he realized that he can actually just chat with her about other things as well, so they became friends. Daisukes crush on Hikari was pretty obvious, and Cici ended up often staying back and listening to him complain about things, he was always kinda jealous of Takeru being so close with Hikari, but when he noticed Takeru maaay had been kinda interesed in Cici, he felt like it was a little victory that she was apparently a better friends with him instead of Takeru, and would make sure to always be the one to call her and inform her about what's been going on when she couldn't come along, but even if it started like that, they did actually become really good friends, and as he got over Hikari and everything, they stayed in great terms and she even got a little laugh out of learning how he had felt at the beginning.

He bought Cici her own place when she moved back to japan.
