'Plush' allows the user to become something akin to a large stuffed animal.
Very pliable, soft, and squishy to the touch, but created in such a way that its like punching a metal wall when hit with a hostile quirk.
It also allows them to somewhat manipulate the threads making up their body, able to reform and change at will.
They're typically used as a shield, or rescue force for height threats and stunts.
When injured in plush form, it will only show up as a tear with stuffing poking out. However, once they revert back to their natural form, the wounds can translate to very serious wounds and injuries.
Often times after fights, they will be extremely weak, to the point of being unable to stand or move.
The larger the plush, the lighter in color the fabric will be, due to being stretched out. In the same way, the smaller the plush, the darker in color it will be, due to it being condensed and concentrated.
In the smaller forms, he can take heavier hits, as it's like trying to break into an obsidian object.
Personality: They have a more fiery attitude, and tend to get frustrated very easily due to being teased for their size.
Can get very sassy/snarky and sarcastic.
Friends opt to carrying or babying him, and while he does protest and put up a fight, Souta is very grateful for the offers of assistance.
Not big on confrontation, but he'll say something if he feels it'll become a problem in the future.
A bit of an oddball, he can be uptight and huffy when it comes to following rules in work-life. But then they'll immediately switch personalities once the hero outfit is on.
Excitement is a must in his life, so even if he enjoys sitting for hours reading books or sewing, any friend outings need to be somewhere big and cool. Arcades and parks are favorite places for him.
Somewhat soft-spoken around colleagues, he prefers to express and burn off as much energy as possible when he leaves the workplace.
Can become jealous if he's excluded, and often gets lonely when left to his thoughts for too long. Struggles to hang on to many people for long periods, due to his naturally contrasting personality traits.
He hates silence. Absolutely despises it with every fiber of his being.
Background/Random details:
- Diagnosed with cancer at the age of 4, Souta was forced to live a majority of his childhood in different hospitals, strung up to different machines, and undergoing many procedures. 9 years later, the aftereffects left him weaker, with stunted growth.
- Given his heavily medical-involved childhood, Souta makes a point to go around to hospitals in his free time, cheering up patients with his quirk.
- Very touch-focused. He requires a lot of physical affection and attention. You won't escape any hugs.
- Given there wasn't much to do at the hospitals when he was a kid, he took up piano, and uses it as an escape from reality.
