Nova

Nova is a scavenger in the Wastelands, and is obsessed with finding the alleged alien crash site.

She is the daughter of two astrophysicists, but left home due to them not getting along very well. She and Kal dated for six years, but broke up after she found out that he didn't share her feelings.

Nova lost her leg in a fight with other scavengers, and she and Kal built her the prosthetic she currently uses. She also built the battery that powers Kal after his original one was critically damaged in the same fight she lost her leg in.
