About

A large red wolf in overall appearance Tobio is a tall and proud creature. Their neck is covered in a thick mane of striped, dark brown feathers, and similar long feathers protrude from their rump. They have large wings in shades of green and brown that are the same pattern both the ventral and dorsol side.
Tobio has green eyes with rectangular pupils. Two horns sprout from their head, with one being much smaller than the other.

They have a thick, plumey tail made purely of spirit vapor/gas. It shimmers in several shades of bright green.

Tobio is a protector of tall, forested mountains. They watch over the wildlife (mostly the mountain goats) and keep devastation away.
