Mica Madsen

Michale "Mica" Madsen had a humble start. He worked at the hotel itself for a time before he started bootlegging in the 30s. Later on in the 50s, he'd be approached by his brother to be the head of the Reno branch of the mob. He naturally said yes, letting the position inflate his ego even more than before.

Mica was ultimately done in by his own doing when Horatio finally snapped and murdered him. The hotel itself would catch fire days later and save Horatio the trouble of explaining what happened to him.
