Galitus, God of the Abyss is one of the singular gods, who obtained their godhood by the very thing they control. Galitus is an absent god, and has not been seen by any for years. The followers of Galitus tend to be sailors and death cultists though the two follow very different methods of worship. As an absent God, those who wish to show their fealty and deference send sacrifices to the Abyssal Sea and many a letter in a bottle. Sailors will often offer up blood to ask for a catch or the great gift of a leviathan egg.

Leviathan eggs are said to be Galitus’s children, and the leviathan that circles the Godsward is said to be one.
