Easygoing almost to a fault, Ren just wants everyone to get along, everything to go smoothly, and for his life to contibute to society in some meaningful way. When this inevitably doesn't happen, he gets all kind of flustered and has to go to his friends for help. It also makes him incredibly easy to take advantage of, so his friends often step in anyway to save him. He gets embarrassed each time this happens, but he is incredibly grateful for the true friends he has. He enjoys being outside, with his two favorite hobbies being Pokemon Go and working on broken cars.

Kade The two roommates very much enjoy each other's company. Where Kade is often the voice of reason, Ren is the grounding force who reminds the both of them about what is realistic. This often occurs through some mistake he makes or situation he needs saving from, but he's willing to take the hit to keep Kade in check.

Hawk Ren is absolutely terrified of Hawk despite the fact that they are currently coworkers. He has completely bought into the rumors that Hawk is a dangerous mobster, and gives Hawk a wide berth so as not to get into any trouble.
