Profile

Name: Aswathi (Pronounced: Us - Wa - Tea)

Appearance: She has black hair but the tips are white, her hair also glows white as a reminder of the sin she has commited by choosing the path of ‘evil’. Her eyes are pale yellow, but can also glow orange, sometimes it is hard to see the colour of her eyes due to how intense the glow is. People often think she just has pupils in her eyes which freaks them out. Her features are very soft and delicate. She relies heavily on her looks so she goes out of her way to make sure she looks pretty. She has a burn mark on both her wrists that wrap around it. It looks like a band.

Celestial Marking: Antlers on her chest x x

Race: aasimar (fallen)

God who chose her/who she follows: Beshaba, Goddess of Misfortune, Chaotic Evil, Master of Trickery, symbol is black antlers

Patron God (The god who abandoned her, she is unaware who this is):  IImater, God of Endurance, Lawful Good, master of life, symbol hands bound at the wrist with red cord

 How she became fallen:

Aswathi has no knowledge of her true patron god. From the moment she was born she had heard the whispers of the goddess Beshaba. Beshaba would tell her stories of how her patron god was leading her down the wrong path and that a life serving people who would hate you was a poor life. With these words being fed to her at a young age Aswathi was born to be a fallen Aasimar.

Listening to the goddess of misfortune she laid low. She lived in a village with humans who would often snub her. The only people who had interest in her were those who wanted to take advantage of her. Being an Aasimar came with an ethereal nature which despite the humans looking down on her, they couldn’t help but be attracted to her. This made Aswathi rather concided, she would use her beauty to get what she wanted and decieve the people of her village.

As she got older the goddess of misfortune wanted more from her, wanted her to prove her worth. To prove her devotion she tricked one of the villagers that a family in the village was plotting against them. She filled their head with lies and made up tales and drove them to the edge of insanity. When she placed the final straw on their back, they broke and ended up slaughtering the entire family. Aswathi laughed and as they stood their with corpses around them she told them she was just kidding. Having ticked a villager into commit an act of sin and bringing misfortune to the village the god of Beshaba was now bound to her a fallen aasimar she became.

Once the act was committed a mark appeared on both of her wrist. It wrapped around them like a band and had the appearance as if she had been burned. Aswathi would come to realize the mark was caused by her true patron god abandoning her. However this was no issue since a new mark was branded on her chest.
