Dolor's hair is partially solid. It can fully turn into liquid water if he wants, but for the most part, it will only drip.

Portions of his body are composed of plastic and water, replacing vital organs, muscles, and bone. It is unknown how he is alive, nor how he came to be. It's theorized that the fish inside the plastic are what keep him alive, but no one has solid reasoning as to how these fish doing it in the first place.

The plastic parts of his body are not durable, and they crinkle just as easily as a water bottle. He still feels pain despite being part plastic.
