GENERAL RULES

1. Do not Resell for more than original value (Can be resold for more with commissioned or self made art, please keep reasonable to how you would price your own work)
2. Designs received through trade/OTA cannot be resold.
3. Redesigns are okay as long as it is recognizable and is non-derogatory*
4. Please credit my TH or DA when uploading to another site. (Prismbattery)
5. Please don't use my designs for hate speech, caricatures, ect.
6. If you make NSFW art of the character, you may not trade or sell it to minors under the age of 18 under any circumstance.
7. Do not use commercially without speaking with me.
8. To be updated with more stuff!! But this is all I can think of at the moment.
9. You may not trade to people who are blacklisted. If a user is blacklisted and has a design of mine they are encouraged to trade it as soon as possible.
10. Please talk with me about redesigning.

• *Rule 3 Examples - (All result in being Blacklisted)

-Whitewashing. Changing the tone by a few values is fine but being racist is not. You will be blacklisted if you do this.

-De-transitioning. Making characters that are trans by design into Cis Men or Women. (IE. A man with chest scars into a cis girl.)

-Fetishizing previously said design.

-Sexualization of underage / child designs. Even if the character is only a child appearance.

CUSTOM DESIGN RULES

1.  Once I have sent concept sketches, refunds will not be accepted.
2. Reworking or editing of the design is applicable only one month after I have finished your commission.
3. I will not make designs or redesigns that conflict with previous TOS.
4. Custom designs may be resold only for the custom quote price + whatever you had spent in commissions on it.
5. I reserve the right to refuse a custom if I am asked to create designs that make me uncomfortable.

GIFTING RULES

1. Designs gifted by myself to you may not be traded away for other characters without explicit pardoning. [I [Prismbattery] give explicit permission for [UN] to trade character received through gift.]
2. Do not RESELL designs you receive for free. This includes fictional currencies such as gold on FR or Crumbs on SC.
3. Re-gifting is pardoned so long as I am notified and the user is aware of my TOS.
4. Gifted designs are not devoid from previous TOS rules.
