Rainbow Connection

Rainbow Connection is a cheerful bumblebun whose passion is helping others. Training to be a social worker can be emotionally and physically draining with how difficult the cases are and how busy he is, but RC always seems to have a smile on his face. He has an optimistic disposition and in his free time loves to play music, especially the banjo. He loves to be outside in nature, and often will set meetings in parks, if he feels that a more casual environment would be helpful for the person he is working with. He loves hiking and picnicking and preparing food for such outings. Part of his job is planning events, so he's very good at organizing stuff, and preparing spaces and arranging food or even preparing food for large groups of people. If he can make someone's life better, he feels accomplished.

Primrose - Boss and Mentor
RC feels so lucky to have Primrose as his mentor. Growing up, he always knew he wanted a job where he was making a difference, and after meeting her and learning more about social work he knew what he wanted to be when he grew up. She took him under his wing at her agency, and RC has learned ton from her as he has worked for her, even as just an assistant social worker. He's really appreciative that she is a kind boss, he is her assistant but he never feels like she's making him run around for no reason, even when he is doing errands for her, she keeps them work related, and they often involve having him meet with vendors, which is helpful for making connections anyway. RC really admires her and how she works with those under her care, she exemplifies kindness and  doing her best to help a client.

Bonnie - Colleague and Friend
Primrose's agency works closely with Bonnie's non-profit, Pack of Strays, the two provide great support for each other, and RC always likes meeting with and working with Bonnie. They do a lot of events at the Pack of Strays space, and collaborating with Bonnie is always a pleasure. He's learned a lot from Bonnie, both with the business of running something like a non-profit, and running events. The agency refers a lot of their clients for volunteer work at Pack of Strays, and RC is glad to visit often. The two have become fast friends, even hanging out during off hours (even if its rarely with the small amount of free time they could have). RC is really grateful to have someone that understands how crazy busy his life can be, and glad they can support each other and keep each other grounded and force each other into taking a break.
